I am authorized to submit these materials for inclusion and agree that Video Learning Library, L.L.C. will act as my non-exclusive representative to re-sell my product through various marketing channels of distribution. I promise to ship product promptly and agree to sell my product(s) at the price and indicated above and at a minimum discount of 60% off my suggested retail price, Net 60 days. Price, discounts, terms and availability of titles shall remain in effect for a period of not less than one year and shall continue without change, unless I notify Video Learning Library of any change in writing. Shipping charges, if any, shall not exceed actual cost as charged by the United States Postal Service or by United Parcel Service. I further agree that Video Learning Library and its publisher, James-Robert Publishing, shall not be held liable or responsible for any error or omission that may occur in the publishing of the Guide or maintenance of the electronic database. Video Learning Library reserves the right to exclude titles based on inappropriate content and unacceptable distributor discounts.
